2008 Bob Firman Cross Country Invitational

Under constantly changing skies the Running Braves represented themselves very well. The Bob Firman meet was the largest it has ever been with over 2000 finishers in the 12 high school races. The meet start was delayed over 45 minutes because of lightning but once the races began great competition was the norm all day.

Our Varsity Boys were the first up and they did a very good job despite not having their best races and missing Max Hardy while he recovers from an injury. Eric Fitzpatrick showed once again he is among the best in Idaho and the Northwest finishing 6th overall, Greg Montgomery nursing a cold finished 32nd, Kenton Freemuth 81st, Taylor Molenaar 95th, Joe Sandoval 97th, Richard Wojan 102nd and Magnum Kincaid 118th. As a team they were 12th, among some of the finest teams in the Intermountain region. Complete results  Varsity Boys
